SPIE is a non-profit organization incorporated in January, 2004. The mission of SPIE is to broaden educational opportunities for Southmoor Elementary students by fundraising and disbursing funds for academic programs and projects. SPIE's funding priorities are based on input from stakeholders, budget considerations and established evaluation guidelines.
